Karuna and the Short Tale of the Petal Pot

Karuna age 24 using a petal container she fassioned with some help from Gaara and Kankuro.

I'll tell you the tale behind why she's using a container and not traditional Sakura petals.

"On their honeymoon, Gaara and Karuna traveled to some beautiful places in the desert and came across an area with unusual flowers that she thought were absolutely beautiful and when she manipulated them with the use of chakra and wind, they glew bright blue, luminated by the chakra to their core that gave off the soft light as a result.
 
When they returned home, Gaara and Karuna flipped though one after another, flower specified books as well as a book based specially on desert flowers and found no flower such as this. Gaara came up with the safely assumable idea that it probably wasn't discovered yet and he then named it "the flower of mercy" roughly translated in Japanese as  "Jihi no Hana" or in Karuna's case "Karuna no Hana" in her honor and his love for her.

Gaara had picked most of them that night and Karuna later began using them in her Dancing Petal Technique before her 25th birthday on their 1 year anniversary. She uses this  pot to hold these special flower petals that were given to her by Gaara himself. She kept them with her in battle till she became disabled before using them as decor in the master bedroom till she gave the pot and petals to their daughter, Maeko."
