This is Karuna's petal pot that she uses after the 4th war one she and Gaara are married. If you want to know the story, read the description in the deviation  found right here.

Karuna is now taking the famous title Karuna no Hana, or Jihi no Hana (Flower of Mercy) in the village of Sunagakure.
